Logistics systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina can successfully work if you work efficiently and effectively all of its elements. Logistics systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina are in this respect, in all its aspects, the key drivers in maintaining stability and promoting economic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Taking into account the conditions of globalization, the rapid growth of international trade and the pace of integration of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the European Union, this paper provides the logistical systems in BiH in its core content elements. The study, by applying the concept of general systems theory, synthesized and provided a general definition of logistics systems, developed with the concept of contemporary business logistics to strengthening logistical systems and Bsoni Hercegovini.Uz support the concept of strategic management have been investigated the most important characteristics of the application of this concept in order to reform and modernization of logistics systems in BiH. Presented a draft model short-term strategy for the development of certain segments of the logistics system in BiH. Proved the existence of systemic weaknesses in the present conditions of functioning logistics system in BiH is developed and the scientific and technical models for the improvement and development of its key elements.
