Abstract

According to police reports the highest number of traffic violations and accidents are caused by improper driving and speeding. There have been significant increases in traffic safety in those countries where it is secured properly manage traffic using speed control using modern devices and equipment with appropriate public support. This article presents the results of driver's attitudes about the introduction of speed limits, its control and influence and effect of causing traffic accidents. Effect of frequency and speed controls on the behavior of drivers in the run to determine the measuring and recording of selected high-risk sections of the road. The reasons for subsequent non-compliance with speed limits were examined by surveying and interviewing offenders. Based on these results, some conclusions about the possibilities to increase safety of traffic speeds and better management of the application of adequate control speed with the more stringent sanctions violations. Investigated the influence of risk of detection and sanction violations of driver behavior in traffic. Intimidation of detecting violations affect the deterrence of improper and reckless behavior in traffic, and thus to increase road safety.
