Abstract

The progress of civilization brings with it the troubles in the protection of air, water, the environment (plants and animals), soil, climate and all that life has meaning. States and the European Union are increasingly looking for ways to protect all this, how to prevent pollution and loss of the living conditions of the population of planet Earth. States and the European Union are trying their legislation to prevent the loss of natural living conditions. The European Union has made specific legal principles and principles which are also the basis of ecological rights, because environmental problems are opportunities across the state and require action by all countries.
