Sustainable development is associated with the creation and maintaining the social and economical development. In order to realize it is necessary to provide synchronous spatial and time genuine interaction between environmental, social and economic systems. We all have an obligation to preserve their environment, and contribute to the overall protection and
conservation of biodiversity through the national legal system and install it normative values that can help the environment and sustainable development. The environmental legal regulations are applied together with a system of monitoring and pollution monitoring and sanctions for non-compliance with laws and regulations. Legislative environmental regulations relating to: development goals to be achieved in the field of environmental quality, spreječavanje pollution and environmental degradation , conservation , protection and restoration of natural resources and protection of the system of global governance okoliša.Zakonska regulations in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of environmental protection coverage increasing number of laws and regulations.
