From the Great Charter of Freedoms, the American Constitution, and the Sretensky Constitution to the present day, all democratic constitutions have been improved and have been in the protection of the realization of human rights and freedoms as well as the preservation of the economic and social order. Constitutional and legal order is the basis for political, economic and social development in all countries. Constitutional and legal jurisprudence and analyses are vital for the continuous process of harmonization of processes and adjustments to which all constitutions are subject over time. The preamble of the constitutions of all countries emphasizes the protection of human rights and dignity. The Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina in its preamble advocates for economic growth and the protection of private property. The task of every democratic constitution is to guarantee and protect human rights and freedoms in accordance with international standards, the realization of social justice, the rule of law, parliamentary democracy and the separation of powers, free elections, local self-government, and other.
