Abstract

Leadership and management are interconnected, but also significantly different. Leadership and management are important for the success of any organization, especially companies, which is of particular importance in our case. Both phenomena had their own stages of development, and in the countries of the eastern camp, in countries in transition, they were within the personnel and legal services of companies, which is why we must devote special study to human resources management. In countries in transition, the management philosophy of a bureaucratic profile dominated, in which the organizational chain was based on a hierarchical scale. Management and leadership acquires special importance and begins to go upward with the arrival of foreign capital and experience acquired in countries with a market economy.
