All of us manage risk on a daily basis, be it consciously or subconsciously. Decision makers, in this case organisations in the public sector, must focus on mechanisms of organisational governance while at the same time audit the entire organisation including risk management i.e., confronting potential threats.One of the standards officially implemented in the Federal regulations under Directions for Risk Management in the Public Sector is the CO SO Model.The formulated plan encompasses the areas of activity with classifications of type, activity, assignments, and definition of risk. Furthermore, corruption assessment and estimated risk have been evaluated and countermeasures established. Areas of activity are as follows: 1. Ensuring rights of the veteran population 2. Managing financial and material assets 3. Managing human resources Next, an analysis of risk points subject to corruption is shown in relation to areas of activity. Specifically, examples of problems and risks, possible solutions, internal regulations and status quo.
