Abstract

The subject of this research are the workers, the youth population and their education and integration into the social world, the adult world. As part of such a research subject, a brief introduction to the concept of workers, his employment rights, working conditions and working hours, and the position of young people in the society and their education as well as the transition from educational to business world will be carried out. The primary goal is to distinguish the right workers from the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in one place systematize the most important insights on the free movement of workers in the European Union and the impact of youth on the labor market
