Enclosure shows that the braking process is followed by elements of a random character, so it is impossible to describe it uniquely. Therefore, the regulatory logic on vehicles is designed on the basis of experimental developmental research. The newest electronically regulated braking systems perform automatic distribution of braking force both on axles and on the sides of the vehicle, which significantly improve the performance and reliability of braking. Electronic brakes and other vehicle systems , integrated into intelligent transport systems, should be the basis for analyzes and forecasts of future vehicle development and safety in exploitation. Based on statistical data, the possibilities of preventive action of these devices on the causes of traffic accidents and their impact on the impact of collisions were analyzed. The main goal of this paper is to discover the right questions regarding technical, and in particular, computer diagnostics of motor vehicles, familiarization of the connection between theory and practice of new research technologies. The aim of the research is to discover the dominant factors of the success of modern technology for the diagnosis of motor vehicles.
