Abstract

According to the estimates of world economic experts (which can be found in
various newspapers and press) on economic reforms, all estimates are that there is no solution
without a large investment of money. Great attention should be paid to the education of the
population of all ages and ages, in order to change the mentality and culture of the population
and accept new technologies. A population that is inactive according to the possibilities to try
to educate so that it also has a vision of what the advanced countries of the world are leading to
an even brighter future. Public hearings are the best parameters of knowledge, when deciding
on important things in the local and wider community, it is mostly the flag that decides. With
the development of intelligence and awareness of the necessity of maximum knowledge used,
there are also experiences, traditions and geographical location. Which of the mentioned options
we will choose certainly depends on where the energy cost in the production process is the
lowest.
