Approaching the concept of a smart city aims to promote cities that provide smart infrastructure standards based on smart technical technology solutions. They thus enable a better life for their citizens, a clean and sustainable environment and the use of smart solutions in the most vital city functions. Especially the area of the traffic system and the e-mobility is expressed. Emphasis is placed on the sustainable development and implementation of smart solutions that will serve citizens to address basic living needs. Electric vehicles represent a significant potential for future prosperous development of smart cities together with the integration of smart technologies. Connected, intelligent and integrated electric vehicles carry with them services. They have the ability to detect dangerous, prevent traffic accidents, communicate and seek information for users, and are gradually on the roads of smart cities. Connected electric vehicles have networked wireless communication between the vehicle, infrastructure and personal communication devices of users. Connecting smart mobile phones with an electric car lets you control your audio system and transmit and receive certain information. E – mobility can play a demanding impact on the development of smart cities such as the emergence of internet vehicles, the phenomenon of mass connectivity with integrated carries and smart mobility
