Abstract

The rationalization of jobs and the engagement of staff in the company represents complex creative activities of the management, which are valorized in the unique economic European market. The specificity of the environment in the modern market, which is today an integral part of the global market, consists in the heterogeneity of the interconnected relationships and relations of all subjects in a particular market and today very sophisticated interactions with all levels of the public. The company, as a unique, open and complex system, directs activities to quality rationalization of jobs and planning professional staff in the function of development of technology, organization, labor economics, rationalization of all forms and increase of productivity of labor.
