Exact data on the number and age of buses of categories M2 and M3, as well as the number and age of passenger cars that perform taxi transport in the Federation of BiH are presented in this paper. Geographic structure is also given, as the data on the number of buses and taxis in the Federation of BiH is given for each canton separately. It was pointed out at the high age limit of the M2 and M3 category buses, as well as the need to prevent their use in public transport if they are over 20 years old.
