Abstract

The man, who was a neglected participant in the work process, became an important factor in the development of work, which in almost all jobs directly or indirectly determines the level of production and which is increasingly transformed by the mechanical producer into the initiators and controllers of the work process . In this regard, adapting the work of man and man to work goes beyond the boundaries of the techniques and the old psycho-technology and becomes a psychosocial problem primarily. The paper considers how professional orientation and selection can contribute to the effects of strategic management and its relationship with other processes in human resource management. Interpretation of the selection problem, which is strategically embedded in the business system including professional orientation and selection into practical significance for the organization and society as a whole.
