Abstract

The subject of this research is road traffic taking place in urban areas where most people live and where the space for parking communication, maintenance, and repairing cars is reduced. Since the subject is the traffic of road vehicles, and this means that cars, which use internal combustion engines, move by stopping all the time through urban roads with many pedestrian crossings, traffic lights, parking areas, stopping lanes, etc, which are the cause of many cars stopping and starting often, thus producing sounds or noise which negatively affects the city population. In conditions where the number of passenger cars that go through city quarts and areas is proportional to the number of residents, one can assume and even determine that the noise appears as the consequence of the listed elements and can be remediated through subjective intervention of experts and specialists and corresponding political support of the local administration
