Abstract

The policy of human potentials is the essential part of strategy in every option. Among the classical resources (raw materials, machines, capital, people), the stress lies more and more on people nowadays, for whose development the significant assets have been allocated, and the administrative personnel service and the managers of all levels are concerned with them. In the time of transition, the basic (and the obligatory) functions of human potentials in enterprise are the analysis of workplaces, planning, selection, education, motivation, remuneration, advancement, merit rating, discovering of managerial potentials, information etc. In this work, the author gives an overview of the impact of the transition on the economy, enterprise and human resources.
