Abstract

The progress of civilization, accelerated development of science and technology as well as general market competition led to the emergence of a crisis of core values in many spheres of social life. Because of that, ethics today as well as more than two millennia before seeks the answer for the question of the validity of human life. Philosophers of modern times, with respect for dilemmas and contradictions of the greatest thinkers in the past, are trying to set benchmarks on the basis of which man or group of people can determine a relationship to that what is really „right“ or „wrong“. In the last years ethichs and ethical behavior and ethical principles are applying in the field of human resource management. Socially responsible behavior is new and important element for HR managers. Most commonly is being discussed about this problem in the context of the interest groups theory (stakeholder theory). How employees are the most important resource for sustainability of the organization ethics in that context is being watched through the relationship and obligations of the organization and employees.
