Abstract

Today, in this postmodern environment, there are many problems and obstacles that stand in the way of sustainable development and without leaving a moderate, optimistic tone, we need practical examples that can lead to permanent solutions to the exit from this state in which we are, looking at the ecological and economic situation. The aim of the author is to explain to the readers of this paper how to build societies that grow and advance thanks to the use of natural resources. National, regional and global environmental issues are a major challenge for the xxI century, and the response to these challenges requires an understanding of the environmental economics. Environmental protection, counting on economic costs, which are the basic factor in deciding through a compromise, between economic objectives and environmental objectives, is ecologically observant.
