Abstract

The need for develop a new model for quality process evaluation comes from the fact that it doesn‘t exist generally acceptable method in practice. Research has shown that manufacturing business systems in BiH don't have adequate measurement and quality evaluation of the process. Statements are often made to measure the quality of the process, and additional queries (for example, what method is used) it is noted that the quality of the main process is monitored by monitoring certain sub-processes and activities (for example, only costs are monitored and not complete, but only the cost of the material or better, cost parts are monitored). It is therefore necessary to develop a method for assessing the quality of the main production process, with the primary goal, to monitor its performance, which is being considered in monitoring process quality indicators.
