A breakthrough in the field of knowledge, technology, development of products with the required properties, a sharp increase in environmental performance are the possibilities that appear thanks to polymer composition materials (PCM). Organoplastics (ОР) is of considerable interest. Introduction of a fibrous filler into the polymer matrix contributes significantly to the increase in strength and rigidity of a composition, as well as to the change in the physical and tribotechnical characteristics. PCM are used more and more widely in friction knots of machines and mechanisms. The development of this direction is linked with the study of well-known polymers and the development of new polymer antifriction materials. The efficiency of such materials is largely determined by the size and stability of the coefficient of friction, as well as their wear-resistance. The range of application of the antifriction materials is related to their composition, first of all with the physical properties of basic materials and specific fillers. Possessing high stability, fibers represent the most efficient reinforcing fillers that can be used both for improving the strength of cheap polymer materials and for elaborating fundamentally new materials with improved characteristics. So, the sliding bearings from the OP based on the aromatic polyamide are installed in the suspension of the special wheeled chassis of the military truck MZKT-79221, in exchange for the bronze for the operation without lubrication. During the stand and road tests (the mileage was more than 2200 km), there was no noticeable clearance between the shaft and the bushing, it varied from 0.1 to 0.4 mm respectively, which indicates economically and ergonomically favorable implementation of the OP for work in the friction units.
