The long-term goal of sustainable agriculture is to ensure a stable production of quality food, while preserving natural resources and energy, protecting the environment, rentabilität, preserving health and quality of life. Conventional agriculture has the task of providing optimum food production, and in terms of quantity and quality. Biotechnology means a number of methods and methods that are applied to cause biodiversity, microorganisms, organisms of animals and plants or that are used to cause a change in organic matter. Cocoa is the only biotechnology used exclusively by living substance for the production of substances, the human uses and the reproduction of which is its basic Eigenschaften, it considers that such a living matter is impossible to exhaust, provided that adequate conditions for its survival and phase of increased demands for productivity are provided. In order to harmonize development with protection and preservation of the environment, it is necessary to fundamentally change the concept of industry and agriculture, which is now less and less favorable for green chemistry, and for the future it is a condition without which it will not be possible in order to achieve a truly sustainable development. This paper examines the effects of membership in cooperation and participation in the decision-making of agricultural innovations in the region
