Abstract

The long-term goal of sustainable agriculture is to ensure a stable production of quality food, while preserving natural resources and energy, protecting the environment, rentabilität, preserving health and quality of life. Conventional agriculture has the task of providing optimum food production, and in terms of quantity and quality. Biotechnology means a number of methods and methods that are applied to cause biodiversity, microorganisms, organisms of animals and plants or that are used to cause a change in organic matter.
