Abstract

The paper presents aspects which, basically, can be useful for the analysis and management processes in companies for the transport of passengers in the light of the standards and guidelines of the EU. Defining izmjeritelja management processes in all stages of transport services is one of the preconditions for harmonization of their value with the limit values laid down standards and guidelines with regard to maintenance, control accuracy fleet, purchasing of parts, materials and services, optimalnig labor-management vehicles and personnel, traffic safety and ecology. Management quality passenger transport services and certification in the case of compliance with the standards is maintained if construction of information system supported by new technologies and software, which incorporates the complex mathematical models optimization.
