Bosnia and Herzegovina is 16.06.2008. signed the Stabilization and Association Agreement, which is the first formal contractual relationship between BiH and the EU. With the signing of the SPP, Bosnia and Herzegovina assumed the obligation to gradually align legislation. The Stabilization and Association Agreement entered into force on 01.06.2015. Of course, the most complex and time-consuming process we are facing in the process of Euro-integration is the harmonization of legislation with EU law provisions. Successful harmonization of legislation and the implementation of harmonized regulations are the most important condition for further steps towards membership in the European Union. It is a process that never really ends up and requires the participation of a large number of professionals from different profiles expected to know domestic legislation, the techniques of writing domestic legislation, as well as European Union legislation
