Agribusiness provides a wide range of development opportunities for young people who strive to build their own entrepreneurial ventures, actively participate in the process of digital transformation of the agricultural system and contribute to overall economic progress. In the modern processes of agribusiness development, innovation and digitization stand out more and more as key determinants of competitiveness and long-term sustainability of the sector. In that process, young entrepreneurs play a central role as carriers of new knowledge, technologies and business approaches. The management strategy in agriculture in the future period will be based on highlighting the key role of young people in the transformation of agribusiness through innovation and technological progress. The development of agribusiness among young people is encouraged by the cooperation of the state, education, financial institutions and civil society. Engaging young people in agribusiness is a key prerequisite in the future for the long-term development of rural communities.
