The work points to the need to act in order to achieve the resilience of the economy, through mobile sustainability, which is becoming increasingly important in the aspect of climate change, complex geopolitical relations and the dominance of great powers. The factors that condition the development of sustainable mobility are analyzed, with special reference to electric vehicles and models that can be used in the direction of its premeditated development. It points to the need for political action, in the direction of adopting comprehensive measures, which will move future scenarios of mobility development in the desired direction, through all levels of government, depending on their jurisdictional boundaries, as declared by the acceptance of the global UN agenda and its sustainable development goals.
