Abstract

By checking the technical correctness of motor vehicles, it is evident that a certain number of vehicles have faulty shock absorbers with reduced damping efficiency and asymmetrical deviation on the front and rear axles of the vehicle. This finding determined that testing the impact of shock absorber correctness on the value of the braking distance was carried out. The testing determined that the technical correctness of the shock absorber has a certain impact on the length of the braking distance when braking the vehicle. By checking and diagnosing the condition of the shock absorber and timely maintenance, ensure greater correctness of the shock absorber, which would achieve greater braking efficiency and vehicle movement safety
