Human Resources (HR) represents a fundamental component of every organization, focusing on managing people and aligning their performance with organizational goals. This paper examines the concept and importance of human resources, the major challenges faced in modern HR management, and the strategies used to overcome them. Key challenges include attracting and retaining qualified employees, maintaining motivation, managing workplace conflicts, adapting to technological changes, and ensuring diversity and inclusion. Effective HR management involves recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, communication, and reward systems. Organizations that successfully address HR challenges can improve productivity, employee satisfaction, and long-term competitiveness. The paper emphasizes that human resources are not only a support function but a strategic partner in organizational success. Proper management of human capital leads to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth in an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment.
