The basic element of a company's success is improving its business efficiency. Increasing the
quality automatically reduces business costs, due to the better management of business resources (reducing
business costs affects the increase in efficiency). Better efficiency and lower costs directly affect the ability
to sell standard quality products at a lower price than the competition. Finally, the optimization of the
relationship between the price and quality affects the position of the company in the market and the
development of the company
