Technological development is fueling the economic growth of countries, and they are racing in the markets today who will find new ways to increase their innovation while reducing costs and thus becoming competitive. The digital economy contributes greatly to this. It leads to the ability to reorganize company resources faster, create new values and business models, all in the interest of the end user, that is, the consumer. Permanent changes in the global market that have just been fueled by new technologies have led to the acceleration of most business activities, from product development to consumer reaction. Managers indicate that digital transformation will help their companies take greater care of customers, reduce the time it takes to complete tasks and increase employee productivity. The high economic growth and rapid adoption of digital technologies, especially in emerging markets, puts the customer at the center of its corporate development strategy. Active participation of management in the digital economy era is a prerequisite for creating successful business performance, establishing a quality network of business partners, communicating with the end user and measuring the level of customer satisfaction the customer.
