Abstract

Public transport of passengers in regular traffic is defined by registered timetables and off-line transport of passengers is defined by signed contracts with users of transport services, which carriers are obliged to adhere to. During 2020, the COVID-19 virus appeared, and by his spread, caused unforeseeable consequences for the entire social community, as well as for companies engaged in passenger transport. Because of declaration of a natural disaster , due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, transport companies were forced to completely suspend the transport of passengers for a while and later gradually returned in accordance with the decisions of government. During that time, there appeared unforeseeable consequences in the economic operations of many companies, and some of them experienced a complete economic collapse.
