Abstract

Road transport of goods is an old activity because the goods were to be delivered to the buyer. This type of transport has its own shortcomings and advantages. All these relationships were to be bound by contract. The contract itself was perfected up to the Convention in the contract for international road transport of goods. Contracts of this kind are informal, essential elements are the subject of the transport price. It concludes in written form, most often by issuing a road transport bill. The contract terminates with a proper fulfillment or termination of the contract. Significant issues are the rights and obligations of road hauliers.
