The fundamental starting point of this paper is the impact of the technical condition of vehicles on safety traffic.The motive of this work is the participation of a large number of "technically defective vehicles" in traffic.Of the total number of vehicles involved in traffic of 40% is technically incorrect .While it is a part of a car, depending on the type, type and purpose of 10-20000 parts showing the complexity of the structure. The technical condition of vehicles is constantly changing and is getting worse and is treated as a potential danger from harmful exposure to traffic safety. Each vehicle before registration must access the technical review to determine whether the vehicle has the prescribed devices and equipment, and whether it meets the requirements for participation in traffic.The deterioration of the technical condition of the vehicle is discussed, mainly with the parameters of reliability and safety. In this essay will be explain in detail the inspection of vehicles in terms of the technical inspection in relation to the conditions in the situation on the road. Also through the work of crawling explained concerning vehicle maintenance through proper and timely adjustment of work performance and other technical parameters as well as the replacement of certain parts where the aim is to extend the useful life of the vehicle.
