Abstract

The cloud services enable the use of the IT services delivered through the Internet by enabling the user to connect to the cloud to access the resources and use the resources needed. The Cloud Computing technology is used by the companies in the Nordic countries, 50% of them. This technology is mostly used for the e-mail, 69% followed by file storage with 68%. This technology is least used for the software, 23%, CRM software applications and client management software in the cloud use in the EU only 29% of enterprises. When using the cloud-based services, the possibility of losing gifts is very low. If the service provider uses a range of security mechanisms (the example of collocation - data in multiple locations), daily backups of data, etc., there is practically no risk. According to the Forrester research, the global cloud services market will grow from $ 146 billion in 2017 to $ 263 billion in 2020. In any case, it is much cheaper to upgrade the current space in the clod than the new business space in which the new server will be located.
