The Megacity is increasingly feeling the effects of climate change, and the facts show that road traffic, which is still heavily dependent on oil, has a share of about 15% of the pollutants in the atmosphere, which directly affects the health, quality of life and results in a number of respiratory diseases. In this paper co-author wants to show that the causes of traffic problems in Belgrade (Serbia), multiple and that it needed a more modern way of solving ecological problems. When it comes to the impact of transport on the environment and human health, the future is in ecological vehicles, ecological engines and drive organic substances. Inherited network of streets and intersections can not change because of the urban plans of the past, who have already defined as such, but the use of new technologies and different ways of thinking enable a radical change and transformation in the custom model citizens. Certain information in this article is an introduction and framework for examining the bad traffic situation and possible solutions for overcoming the ecological problems in urban areas.
