Abstract

Knowledge is unquestionably important. Knowledge management is a human ability to apply in practice to an earlier learned or collected intellectual capital in order to address the various challenges placed before man. Knowledge management within the organization affects the company's business performance. The aim of the paper is to establish that knowledge management and increasing the knowledge quantum in organizations provide greater creativity or innovation in business. The basis of knowledge management is partially linked to the process of motivating people who, with their specific knowledge and skills, ensure the application of acquired knowledge and experience in the work of the organization. The key capital for managing an organization is knowing and applying knowledge. For this reason, an analysis of past research will be made in linking knowledge management, creativity and innovation in business.
